1. Occupancy
This one's a no brainer: if you're not getting as many bookings as you can, you're leaving cash on the table
How is this calculated?
Occupancy is the % of white space in your team's diary. How many of their seats are empty with no bums on them?

2. Cancellations
The average salon loses £2,500 every month. Guess who’s still paying the rent, wages, utilities, even though that slot is now empty? You! Can you afford it?

The total number of cancelled appointments divided by the total number of appointments

3. Average Bill

The number of weeks between visits irrespective of whether they visit for a colour, a cut or a fringe trim.

We operate a monthly rolling subscription as standard which means you are free to leave at any time. Should you ask for preferential commercial terms that are different to the list price advertised then this will trigger a contract.
