Can you help me get my client data out of my system?

Yes! Our experienced team will set up your account with prices / timing AND import all your client contact details. You don't need to lift a finger!

I'm not good with technology, is it complicated?

No! Slick was built with the input from owners like you so not only is it easy to use, but it's also been designed to be accessible to neuro-diverse users. On top of that we have a Customer Support team on hand 7-days a week to help you with any questions.

I'm worried about the 'cloud'. What happens if my computer breaks?

Unlike installed systems, Slick is a cloud system which means we automatically save all your appointments and history. If your computer breaks, you log in on a new computer or iPad and all your info is there.

Can I use Slick on more than 1 device?

Yes. Unlike many softwares, we do not charge extra for additional devices. You can use Slick on as many devices as you like. Login is via email and/or a 4-digit PIN code, so you can control who accesses the calendar to ensure you are in total control whether you are in the shop or on the beach!

My team are worried about change.... do we get training?

Of course and it's free! Your Account Manager will run a 1-on-1 training session for the team and yourself to make the switch over stress-free and slick....!
